A. During the checkout process you can pay using: Credit card via PayPal or Paypal
Q. Can I add items to an existing order?
A. SURE unless or order has already been shipped and then your second order
shall be sent shortly after.

Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. We offer $10!!!! flat rate delivery Australia wide Via Standard Australia Post
OR $24 for EXPRESS delivery Australia wide Via Australia Post.
Q. How are my purchases delivered?
A. Paper Face uses Australia Post Australia wide.
Q. Do you ship orders overseas?
A. Unfortunately not just yet.
Q. How soon can I expect my order?
A. Standard Delivery: 7-10 Business days (regional Australia may be 15 days dependant on location).
Express Delivery: 3-5 Busniess Days

Exchanges & Refunds
Q. Am I able to receive a refund on an item I purchased?
A. If your items have been personalised and are as per the signed off pdf proof (always supplied prior to printing) I’m afraid no refunds are viable. We are happy to tweak and reprint however all costs occurred would be chargeable. If, however, goods are deemed faulty (this must be agreed to by both parties) you may choose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty. In the unlikely event that this occurs, please retain your receipt for proof of purchase, and return to: Paper Face – Children’s Party Boutique 3 Ralston Road, Palm Beach NSW 2108 Australia (Shipping costs are non-refundable)

Q. I received a damaged or faulty product
A. All items are carefully checked and packed prior to shipping, however in the event that this occurs please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Please phone us on 0433 273 202 or send an email to mail@paperface.com.au and we will be happily arrange a replacement (pls do send a pic of the item in question).
